Terms and Conditions

You are invited to complete the TMF Maturity Model which allows you to provide information to Veeva Systems Inc. (“Veeva”) about how you run your eTMF processes and documents (such responses referred to in these terms and conditions (“Terms”) as “Results”). Following completion of the survey and analysis by Veeva, Veeva will provide a personal report to you containing industry maturity benchmarks.

Access to the survey is subject to acceptance of these Terms and by accepting these Terms, you hereby grant to Veeva a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, perpetual, fully paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable right and license to use, display, reproduce, modify and distribute the Results in any manner whatsoever, including to use the Results to develop industry maturity benchmarks for use in your personal report and to reference the industry benchmarks in industry facing materials or presentations.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit the Results to Veeva and to grant Veeva the rights to use the Results as set out in these Terms.
